C# .NET Web and Windows Development Services

I am Andrei, a freelance .NET developer based in London, trading as Andong Software Limited. I can work both offsite and onsite throughout the UK. My area of expertise is developing Web and Windows applications with C# 4.0, ASP.NET 4.0, Silverlight 4.0, WCF, WPF, WinForms and Microsoft SQL Server 2008.

I have been developing software since 2004, and since 2006 I've been working exclusively with C#. I have been developing enterprise applications in the financial services industry in the City of London since 2008. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer on .NET 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 (Web and Windows applications).
